| 3. Six (6) weeks before the event | Finalize the event schedule, ensure marketing resources are in place, and confirm logistics |
| 4. One (1) month before the event | Implement a promotion campaign (if applicable), obtain licenses (such as special occasion permits and liquor license) as needed, and contact catering companies |
| 5. Two (2) weeks before the event | Confirm venue, catering, speakers, guests, entertainment, and other vendors and supply providers |
| 6. The week of the event | Prepare event signage, purchase supplies needed for the event, review the event schedule, and arrange any necessary training for staff and volunteers |
| 7. The day before the event | A brief final check meeting. Review the plan and schedule, ensuring all participants have the resources required |
